Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions about the available programs and how to get started using them most easily.  Please take a moment to review them so you can get answers to your questions in the fastest possible manner.  If your question is not covered below or in the Complete FAQ , please click here to submit a support request with your question and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible, typically within 48 business hours. 

Is the program something I download or get in the mail?

Whether you instantly download the program material or get it shipped discreetly to your address of choice is completely up to you. If you decide to order the download version that is on the main web page, you will be able to access the private download area immediately after your payment is accepted so you can get started right away. The material can be opened on either PC or MAC, and you may also choose to print the material if desired. We provide instructions on how to download, but don’t worry, it’s VERY easy and if you have any trouble, you can always just let us know and we’re happy to help. With this version of the program, everything will be downloaded right to your computer, nothing will be shipped to your home.

If you need to download the program material again, you can access your private download link from within the "Welcome" email you received after you ordered, the link will remain active for three days from the day you order.

If you decide to order the printed version of the program by clicking one of the “Print Version” links on the web page, the complete program will be discreetly sent to your shipping address in both printed and CD format.   

If you ordered the wrong version by mistake, you can easily upgrade to the print and CD version of the program you ordered by paying the balance between the two versions via the link from within the "Welcome" email you received after you ordered. Once we receive your payment to upgrade, we will ship you the program as we typically would.

What do I need to use the program?

Usually you don't need anything at all.  If you order the download version of a program, you likely have everything you need to use the program either on your computer already, or it is provided for you as part of the program.  There is nothing extra you need to buy in order to use the program, we make sure you have everything you need. If you order the printed version of the program, everything you need will be included in the mail along with your program material.

What shipping method is used and how long will it take to arrive?

If you order the printed version of a program, it will ship via USPS from our shipping facility in Indianapolis, Indiana very quickly, sometimes  within a few hours.  How long it takes once it leaves our facility is largely out of our control and up to the post office, but it should arrive in the same time it would take any other standard piece of First Class US mail and arrive at your designated address very soon.  No other shipping methods or rush shipping is available at this time.

I'm having trouble opening the program or am getting an error that the files or unsupported or corrupt, can you help?

Absolutely, but typically you may receive errors such as those because the program wasn't extracted properly after download. It can be most easily and quickly corrected by following the instructions below, which are also in the download area:

On a PC or Windows based computer, simply right click on the program folder and choose "extract" or "unzip".  After the files extract, they should work properly.

On a Mac, you should only need to double click the files and they should extract on their own.

Please be sure you are then opening the UN-extracted files and not the originals.

Is my payment secure and my information safe?

Absolutely. You know your payment and personal information is 100% secure because we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers). When your credit card information is processed, it is encrypted so no third party can ever see them and we will NEVER rent, sell, or share your information with anyone.

Can I mail in payment instead of paying online?

You may mail in a money order for payment that is drawn from a US bank, but personal checks and international money orders are not accepted.  If you are ordering the download version of a program, please be sure to tell us your email address so we can deliver your purchase.  If you prefer the printed version, please tell us your shipping address and don't forget to include shipping charges ($14.97 within the US and $29.97 internationally).  We will ship your program material as soon as we receive your payment.  Mail your payment to:
